Pedestrian-and transit-oriented, mixed-use urban village with established development objectives, concept, and design guidelines on a four- to six-acre aging shopping center site at the southeast corner of North Snelling Avenue and Larpenteur Avenue. The design has a highly urban “main street” character while providing a complementary transition to the adjacent lower-density neighborhood.
